iPod success

At first, I wasn't convinced at how successful the iPod would become. After all, it was all proprietary and we live in an open source world now. After further review, I should have gotten one long ago. Why open it up when you have perfected the product yourself? I'm sure it would be tough working as an engineer for Steve Jobs. I imaging they went back and forth many times on the design of the iPod with Mr. Jobs demanding easier access to the music. Well, he won the war and came up with a product that surpasses any mp3 player on the market today. I am interested in what innovations they will make to this market in the coming years. In the mean time, get an iPod and let the music flow. . . .
