Country music reply

I've had a couple inquiries regarding my last post. The group name is "Big & Rich", the album is "Comin to Your City". I'll have to admit, Jed, that when they were on Las Vegas, they had a midget dancing around and a black guy singing country/rap; both of which got me curious about this band. Is that wrong? No, that's probably what they were going for, and I fell for it. Damn, why do I have to be so easily manipulated? I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one being inflicted by the Country music virus.

YESS!! Big and Rich, that was them!! Man, it's not a Country music virus, it's a Big and Rich virus. They found the one thing to get me to boot, scoot, and boogie (I think the fact that I have no idea how to really type that helps prove that I'm not completely lost yet).

Oh, country music midgets....yee-haa!!

Glad we liked the same group, would be scary if there were 2 worthwhile country music acts in the world.

I stumbled upon your blog while searching for mine (it has disappeared with absolutely no explanation from blogger) and had to comment on this post. I think there is some confusion. Big and Rich is NOT REALLY country music. :P They have the appearance of being so, but don't let that appearance decieve you. Any other time a country artist "raps", it's out of mockery. Country and rap just don't mix.. Try Toby Keith or Tim McGraw or George Strait (classic) to see if ya really have the country music bug. (coincidentally, I have to add, country music is awesome!!!!) :)
