Linkback contests

I have noticed a bunch of blogs lately that are sponsoring a "review my blog for a linkback" contest. These contests work like this: You write a review of my site and provide a link to my main page and I will provide a linkback to your site. A few are even getting more valuable by asking for a particular anchor text in the link and offer the linkback with the anchor text of the reviewers choice. The benefits of the specific anchor text is that you can improve your organic search results for that phrase and generate more traffic. If you put lots of thought in your anchor text, you can fairly easily get to page one for that Google search. I may have to launch one of these contests myself on one of my blogs.
