Calculus is HARD

It's been about 13 years since I've taken a calculus class, and about 11 years since I've taken an math class. However, my wife is now taking calculus in her SIU program, and I got lucky enough to become her tutor. Where is Jaime A. Escalante when you need him? I'm amazed at how much stuff still makes sense to me after seeing the examples in the book. After seeing the examples and closely studying them, I am able to perform a majority of her homework assignment in an effort to try to explain why you do each step. Her class is over in 2 weeks, I sure hope I am able to forget all this added info as soon as I explain it to her.
